Returns/Exchanges

Our main goal is to make our clients happy. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene related issues, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

We make sure to inspect each lash order to ensure quality before shipping. In the rare event that you receive the incorrect item or damaged item, please contact us within 7 business days so that we may resolve the issue. We will send you information to ship the damaged item to us in exchange for a replacement. Please do not return items prior to contacting us.
